Caught a tuna and a large king mackerel and a few bonitas.
We had a nice sashimi lunch with some of the tuna, cold sake, and used body and head to make a Greek
fish soup. Boiled first and then took out the spine and head, and pulled some of the flesh off them, especially the tender meat around the eyes and head, and kept it to add it back to the soup at the end....then added vegetables, potatos, rice, chopped tomato, parsley, onion, garlic, olive oil, etc.
I can add a couple of beat up egg yoks and lots of lemon to make it into augolemono, but decided against it since I added chopped tomatoes to begin with.
Tonight, it will be a mackerel barbeque....
