...having read the results of the Mueller investigation thus far, I am pretty much convinced that more than one of the folks from the troll farm (FFFFT) are posting from an office outside Moscow.

Re: “You are deluded.”

You aren't thinking it through.

Gabby Giffords, President Reagan and Steve Scalise personally learned that the U.S. military cannot protect them from an armed populace. If a tyrant tried to take power in the United States, he, his allies and his family would not last long. Somebody would take them out.

As for your supposition that American citizens would go to war against the military... what makes you think that the military would be united in such an effort? In a war of that sort, you'd have Generals fighting Generals, with some of them allied with the armed populace. Both sides would most likely have drones. It might come down to who has the most popular support or even who has the most ARMED and TRAINED popular support.

Your side is relying on the military to protect them. I think you've forgotten that the military answers to the Commander-in-Chief but, first and foremost, is sworn to defend the Constitution. Many soldiers take that oath seriously and will resist clearly unconstitutional orders such as going to war against their own people.
