Don't get too worked up over this, clo. The 4th and the 9th are the two most liberal courts in the land... the two that Barry purposefully packed with liberal activists so that Democrats could pretty much have their way with the country.
The U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to decide the matter - most likely in April. I strongly suspect all this stupidity is going to be brought to an abrupt conclusion with a decision you man-hating and country-hating disloyalists are not going to like.
