Did you see their difference in size?

As a woman who was faced with a life threatening situation, I know how difficult this is. In 1980 my husband was drunk & threatened me, it was his first & only time. I was able to call the police.
They arrested him. He was given a time to come to the house to get his clothes, I wasn't here at the time. Instead, he ripped the electrical wiring from my car.

Luckily, my auto mechanic repaired it. He also offered to let me use my credit card for cash, (for food) which I never did. He never liked my husband.

We had been married for 10 years, he is 11 years older & became very jealous. I had recently started working out of the house. He wrongly thought I was having an affair with my employer. He went to the job when I wasn't there, drunk, and confronted my employer, in front of customers.
Needless to say, I lost my job.

I never slept with him after that. I moved to the downstairs. I wanted a separation, he refused to leave.
After he was arrested I had an order of protection.

Unbeknownst to me he did come back & took the registration from my car. I went to motor vehicles & said I lost it & was able to get another.

He tried to starve me to get me back, refusing to pay child support, until the divorce was final. I never asked for support for myself, I believed I wanted the divorce & thought that was fair.

Many years later he apologized for his behavior, and today we are on friendly terms.
No man will ever have that kind of control of me.

And he says he was abused by her.

Sounds like divorcees will no longer be allowed to work due to the publication of issues within their marriage.

We so need a world run by lawyers. It's just peachy.

I guess it couldn't just be that people in divorces say nasty stuff about each other to try to get the spoils from the thing?
