DACA is nothing but an Executive Order that lil' Barry Soetoro openly admitted is UNCONSTITUTIONAL. The current POTUS is absolutely free to revoke, modify, or supersede his own Executive Orders or those issued by a preceding POTUS. While the federal courts have standing to determine if an issued Executive Order is constitutional and can therefore continue in force, they have no standing to reinstate an Executive Order that has been revoked by the current POTUS - there is nothing for a court to adjudicate - the Executive Order ceased to exist the minute it was revoked. If the prior effects of the revoked Executive Order are to be reinstated, then Congress would have to legislate them back into existence - period.
Therefore, President Trump is quite appropriately challenging this unconstitutional district court ruling to reinstate an admittedly unconstitutional Executive Order. This action of his is not untoward ... it is most proper. Therefore, your ridiculous epithet is infantile, bigoted, and ignorant. Grow up for once in your life, clo.
