And it appears that the ONLY reason that Trump could come-up with for doing this was because is was a regulation promoted by President Obama.

BREAKING: FCC scraps net neutrality rules regulating internet access
In a move with significant implications for the way Americans use — and pay for — the internet, the FCC just voted to repeal Obama-era net neutrality rules that required internet service providers to treat all websites equally.

The five members of the Federal Communications Commission voted Thursday 3-2 along party lines to end what Chairman Ajit Pai has called the federal government's "micromanaging" of the internet.

While the FCC chairman says the move will give consumers more options when choosing an internet plan, detractors say providers could now block consumers’ access to some sites and charge extra for faster service.
