I was thinking that same thing.
When it was disclosed that that Flynn may have implicated TWO "high ranking members of the transition team" the first two names that came to mind were Kushner and Pence. It's possible that Mueller could take out most of the White House, which of course would leave us with 'President Paul Ryan'.
