Thanks De,

ALL you need to do is change ONE THING you eat regularly that contributes to the cholesterol count.

I went to eating faithfully oatmeal for breakfast. I add to that Blueberries, some walnut pieces, a tbsp of natural peanut butter for protein, a little sugar free pancake syrup and a couple of tablespoons of unsweetened apple sauce on top.

Quite a concoction but it works. You could even put a little bit of natural honey on top if you wanted.

I love it. Eat it every morning. I am losing weight slowly and steadily. Ten pounds over two months.

Start SMALL with change. You should get into a good habit like this while you are still in Virginia. Before You move up north. That way it won;t be a change you need to make then.

Just ONE thing instead of several.. Not so overwhelming and complicated. Add WATER to yor daily intake. LOTS of it.. Last thing. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR. a couple tablespoons in about 4 ounces of water. Youwill be amazed what that does for you. It is a natural fat burner, and helps so many or your organs.....

Just some suggestions for you sir. Like you I need to keep losing. About 40 total.. Because I am a LARGE skeletal framed person my weight does not show as much as someone who does not have my frame size. Being an athlete most of my life also tends to help me carry it better also. BUT now I am not playing lots of sports.

So have to change and try other things.

These are working for me and I really have come to enjoy the OLD FASHIONED oats every morning with me adding fruit and walnuts and some peanut butter to it. Sometimes some applesauce on top as well.

Just some ideas for you .... Very Happy
