Reason being, Graph Theory is used to design electrical grids so failures of one node affect as little as possible the rest of the system. It has to do with so ething called Connected Graphs, etc.
Well, just heard that Puerto Rico had two outages that brought down 82% of the grid. That failure was on a single line.
So eone didn’t know what he was doing to begin woth, or was cheap to do tne right thing.
