Wow!
no way the state reties this case, too lengthy & too expensive. Remember, the juror who was released to o on vacation also said not guilty on all charges

One of the jurors, Ed Norris, said the panel was split 10-2 in favor of acquittal, meaning that only two members of the panel wanted to find the senator guilty.
