You do recall we discussed this myth the other day and dismissed it as a pure and simple Breitbart creation.

20% of American Uranium was not sold.
145 million was not given to the Clinton Foundation.
Hillary was not required to sign off on the deal.

You can not cite a single credible source of information that lends any veracity to this entirely made up story.

...shep smith is bullshit. He says that HIllary didn't approve the deal and had no authority to approve the deal. That is true, but it is also deceptive. She did have the authority to disapprove the deal and after passing on that opportunity she received 145 million bucks from the rooskies.
