that said, I heard the juror who left on Thursday because she had a vacation planned & the judge said if the case wasn't finished by then she could go.
She said he & his friend were NOT guilty on all counts & found the prosecution was inept.
She thinks there will be a hung jury, because she said there are more that felt the same.

By the way, the fact that Moore thinks he's above the law, in 2 cases, refusing to follow the court ruling, should make him unable to run. IMO.

Do you think a lawyer of three years, who hasn't tried a case, is qualified for a lifetime position as judge?
