Translation: Our "deal" with Iran stinks so badly that we can't get the U.S. Senate to just roll over and give us a blank check, so, since we would have to show why our "deal" is a good deal - and we can't - we'll just blame the process for why our "deal" won't make it as a treaty.
There you have it, zzshart - Brownpants Kerry's "deal" with Iran is NOT a treaty. President Trump can undo it in the same way that Barry Soetoro created it - with the wave of his hand. THAT is why it is always referred to as a "deal" and NOT a treaty.
