In all seriousness, it's not healthy for you to lie about it. Lying will just further degrade what self-esteem you've got, and you've made it quite clear over the years that it's in short supply. I'm not suggesting that you should come out now if you're not ready, but please: We already know. Don't lie about it. You're better than that.
Moreover, you don't need to be ashamed of what or who (or how) you do since we don't really care. Unlike your peers, we're a very accepting group. Far be it for us to condemn you over what, no doubt, happened as a result of the bad parenting you received up until the day you moved out (lol... which I'm aware you haven't yet done.)
