>> Being as nowhere in the Constitution does it say the federal is responsible for health care, that duty should fall to the States.

And the STATES should stay the hell out of it also.

State governments are damn near as intrusive, in some ways even more so, than the federal government.

Local governments come the closest to making life a living hell for many.

'Government employment/office' attracts those that wish to dominate and control others - with very predictable results - at all levels; Federal, State, and Local.

zzstar> The 2nd Amendment is CLEAR. Four judges of the Supreme Court thought so.

The second amendment is very clear.
For well over two hundred years the Courts and Justices
have agreed that the Peoples Right to bear arms shall not
be infringed.

Your 'four justices' when the court has nine means that Five
of the nine agree that the People do have the right to bear arm.

As for todays 'supremes' . . .
'They' somehow found a way to pretend obamacare is constitutional,
When, clearly, obamacare is NOT Constitutional. As per the
Constitution, the federal government is supposed to be limited
to what the Constitution says it is allowed to do. All other
'powers or responsibilities' not listed in the Constitution are the
responsibility of the States.

Being as nowhere in the Constitution does it say the federal is
responsible for health care, that duty should fall to the States.
