Well Cactus - as we know - historically, the sovereign is not subject to the law, cause he is the law. Fortunately, here in the USA - we have no sovereign. But, we do have the Buffoon - thinking he is a sovereign.

This is why the common law is so much more valuable than the constitution.

This is going to ask questions that go back into the mists of time. Is the sovereign subject to the law?

Magna Carta "is such a fellow that he will have no sovereign."
