I know. I took it from a newspaper and I wonder if they got it right.

Someone told me he had heard LVMPD got there sooner but, hearing the gunfire had stopped, decided to wait for SWAT. But even if they did that, it sounds like there's at best a 40 minute gap before his location was found.

And yet the hotel had the smoke sensor information available.

It's hard to understand. But I will get the scoop on this soon.

The timeline is stunning.
30 minutes to acknowledge investigating an active shooter.
and the nearly 2 hours to close in on him.

This morning as Trump leaves for Puerto Rico, he praised the 'speed' of the police...?

Listening to the survivors, it was their speed to help each other, that saved many lives, along with the medical teams & police.
