its been a tough slog...the legal system has put up continual "innovative" roadblocks...first it was the ITC...now the PTAB...all politically driven bullshit...couple that willingness of firms like apple to steal our patents and at the same time outsource our jobs...sell back into the market at 800 bucks a pop....and pay a totally fucking amazing effective tax rate of less than 1%...its a freakin miracle we are where we are Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad

I agree and we owe it all to Cornyn and Shumer for the creation of the patent rape scheme. I urged IDCC to assert their rights in Europe years ago and feel very good about Interdigital Europe and its growth today. I also believe Trump's administration will at some point protect American inventors and reverse some of the nonsense that occurred under the last administration. It will not be easy because many politicians have gotten fat feeding on the globalist lobby buffet. At some point wireless communications will be using trillions of chips and sensors. It does not take long to amass a fortune at even a half a cent a chip for a company like IDCC. The problem as usual is the wait. It makes it hard to try and out live a dream, but at least I know some folks will ultimately enjoy the rewards.
