Here's the very clear and easy to understand (if you have an IQ above 60, that is) difference:

President Trump's Temporary Travel Ban

Existing LAW {Section 1182(f), Title 8, U.S. Code}, duly passed by Congress and signed into law by a previous POTUS, expressly gives the POTUS authority to issue just such a travel ban. 

"Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he may deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate."

Therefore, lil' guy ... any such temporary travel ban issued by President Trump was, is, and will be CONSTITUTIONAL - because it is authorized by existing, duly legislated, unambiguous LAW.

DACA

Now, as for DACA ... there is NO existing, duly legislated law that supports this executive order by Barry Soetoro - NONE, NADA, ZILCH. Before he even signed his controversial executive order, Barry Soetoro, himself, publicly admitted he did not have the authority to issue such a unilateral fiat and that it would be UNCONSTITUTIONAL. Soetoro's own lawyer who helped produce the DACA executive order publicly admitted that DACA is UNCONSTITUTIONAL. Don't need any judicial interpretation, zzfart ... the very authors of DACA KNEW and ADMITTED that it was UNCONSTITUTIONAL. But, if you want a judicial opinion, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals unequivocally declared that DAPA, another Soetoro executive order related to and intimately tied with DACA, was UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

Therefore, President Trump is quite correct in not enforcing an obviously UNCONSTITUTIONAL edict of Barry Soetoro and punting the issue back into the lap of Congress. Congress is the only body that can legitimize DACA ... Soetoro knew that and said so ... President Trump knows it ... everyone with at least half-a-brain knows it ... and now you know it.

So, there endeth the super simple civics lesson for ya, zzfart. It has been my great pleasure to explain not only the merely obvious to you, but also these painfully obvious FACTS, since you have dedicated yourself to being so willfully ignorant.
