The U.S. Code IS federal LAW, asshole - deal with it. Lack of enforcement does NOT abrogate that IT IS THE LAW ... it only demeans those stooges who choose not to apply the law that they took an oath to uphold and enforce. Your notion of "jumping the fence" IS a criminal act - period; no ifs, ands, or buts; end of story - and you know it.
