"Unlawful presence is not a crime," eh? Ah, yes ... the old, ridiculous "it depends on what your definition of the word 'is,' is" defense. ROTFLMAO! So, "unlawful presence" is not a "crime" because the lawful punishment for such illegality does not include jail time. Hmmm ... nothing but weasely semantics. BUT, "unlawful presence" IS "unlawful" (i.e., illegal). And, while it may not be punishable with jail time, it is punishable by deportation with more severe restrictions on any future entry into our country. So, what's your point, zzfart ... besides the one on top of your head? Ah, yes ... that's right ... you don't have one. No, you just want to deceitfully insinuate that any effort to apprehend and deport ILLEGAL aliens who are present in this country ILLEGALLY (whether because they ILLEGALLY crossed our borders without permission from immigration officials or ILLEGALLY overstayed their once-upon-a-time legal visa) is supposedly some assumed violation of the completely mythical Constitutional rights of these ILLEGAL aliens that they do not actually possess. Wow, zzfart ... you are so full of sh!t it hurts. You need to grow a pair of balls for once in your miserable life, man up, and admit to what you are really saying - you want anyone - ANYONE - who wants to be in this country to be able to come to this country without restriction, to immediately acquire all of the rights and privileges of being an actual American citizen, to immediately start voting a straight Democrat ticket, and to suck on the great big tit that you imagine the United States to be. Just more infantile, globalist statism.
