Thanks Kathy! I really appreciate the thought you gave this.
My wife does have a battery-powered blood pressure meter. Two, in fact, And because I'm something of a prepper, I've got the old manual kind - with an analog dial for reading the result. I don't know how to use it, but that's another matter.
Thanks to 15 years of buying an awful lot of the things I might need in a crisis, I have lots of medical gear. I don't know where the blood pressure meters are right now, but I think my wife knows where the one that she likes is. (The apartment I live in today is extremely cluttered, and although I inventoried all of the boxes when I packed them, some of the inventory descriptions I gave are weak: "Things from the Master bathroom's medicine cabinet" doesn't cut it when I'm searching for anything specific - like aspirin, razor blades, or blood pressure meters.
Life is going to be good next year. When the barn is done, it will have 1800 sqft of storage, 600 sqft of animal pens and 600 sqft of vehicle space. I should finally be able to unpack all my junk and get organized . . . NEXT YEAR. It seems a long way off but it will happen.
