It's ludicrous to compare zzfart to ol' Barney Fife. zz doesn't have half of Barney's courage.
Barney might not have been very good with his gun, but at least he was always willing to try. As I recall, he was always annoyed when Andy wouldn't let him carry it with more than one bullet. And that bullet had to be kept in his pocket! zz, on the other hand, starts quaking at the very mention of the word.
So he's is no 'gun' at all. If we're going to give zz a title, a better one might be 'Limpest noodle in the East.' Or maybe 'Soggiest cornflake.'
