For myself, I think racism is something we all do and to the extent most of us do it, it's probably a product of evolution. The fact is, inter-racial marriage is a relatively small proportion of all marriages, and this tells you that people likely see race and exert quiet racial prejudices in their major choices.

I don't condemn people for doing so. We are what we are. We wasn't made perfect by nature. We was made what we is.

The key is to do your best to avoid the extreme versions of racism.

I agree that the number of overt white supremacists is small. I don't know, but I suspect the somewhat sympathetic shadow is much larger, just as the number of actual ISIS terrorists is small but the number of Islamists is much larger. I'd count Trump in the somewhat sympathetic shadow group.

Hi CF,

I believe Trump did condemn racists and Nazis. I recognize he will never satisfy his opponents regardless of what he says. I continue to see Planned Parenthood as a dishonest and horrific organization with racism being one of it's primary attributes.

Like the vast majority of Conservatives & Libertarians I dismiss David Duke and abhor white racists;and all racists. I think Conservatives and Libertarians are a very large group of people.

Using the term "vast majority" as it relates to white racists, though technically an accurate term in the context you use it, implies a large number. It represents only a miniscule number of people, hardly a voting block. In my view the attention showered on them is completely unwarranted but occurs because they are a useful tool for Trump haters we will hear about them ad nauseum.

I see no evidence of Trump being a racist. I recognize beauty is in the eye of the beholder and both you and clo see what you see. I don't see it.

Sometimes I agree with Krauthammer and sometimes I don't. If that is what he said about Trump, I disagree.

I have no disagreement at all with Paul Ryan's statement and strongly endorse it, except I might substitute the term "Racism" for "White supremacy". I see "White supremacy" simply as a subset of "Racism".
