There's an iPhone app that you can download from the iTunes store that will help you see exactly what the eclipse will look like from either your current location or any location that you enter. It also gives you info on when the eclipse will start, when will it reaches its maximum and the percentage of totality. It's free but you can upgrade it for $2.99 to get more features, such as saving multiple locations. I'm sure that there are some for Android was well. The iPhone app is named 'Eclipse 2017'.
