If he did he would still be sitting in a waiting room somewhere waiting for his number to be called so he could see a doctor who just graduated from Mogadishu Medical College and could not speak English. Providing of course that he had met the deducibles and had the co-pay in his pocket along with the rest of the Obonzocare recipients.
