Sacred cows are exactly the kind of cattle that ought to be made available for sacrifice.

The observation that the defence of free speech really matters most when it is offensive to some people is exactly the lesson that Google didn't learn.

They pretend to foster free speech internally, but then they restrict speech that challenges the status quo by other means.

These people claim to be so sensitive. But they only are sensitive to their own victimhood aspirations.

Google's management? They are only sensitive to their stockholders. They care about limiting the problem.

Where's their sensitivity to the author? They have none.

I will tell you one other thing. That isn't an entrepreneurial culture they are building. Creative thought doesn't flourish when it is constrained by people with eggshell personalities.
