Yes, I am quite sure you are correct about that ... which hearkens back to the previously made point that these people consciously join the military with the premeditated purpose of having their cosmetic transformation paid for by the U.S. taxpayers. Paying for their pre-existing psychoses is NOT the responsibility of the U.S. taxpayers - first and foremost, because the whole process is detrimental to their productive employment in the military and the cost of the downtime and the treatment does not turn them into some kind of super-soldier/sailor. This is nothing more than yet another way to screw over the U.S. taxpayer.

That's an excellent point, although my suspicion is that most of the transgenders are only coming out as transgender AFTER they're enlisted. By then, they are already eligible for military healthcare.
