After the Italian midget's rant, it became apparent that Reince would not be there and a quick solution be found, which resulted in a last minute appointment of Kelly to control the rabid dogs in the white house.

As for Reince, both he and Spicer have taken a huge slap right in the face, bitchslapped that is, by a clown. And they are clowns themselves.
