Trump's tweet was with respect to her earlier vote to NOT proceed with debate. That being said, his tweet implied that anyone who does not support his agenda are basically committing treason, when he makes the claim that voting against the Senate 'Trumpcare' bill is voting against the well being of the American people. The question is, exactly which "American people" is he talking about, the 15-30 million Americans who would lose their insurance or the 400 richest families who would be getting the bulk of the tax cuts if the Senate bill were to become law?

Trump doesn't consider the State Dept important, they're 'soft power'.
Trump would rather act like a strong man, while bullying any one who disagrees with him.

Did you see he tweeted against Sen. Murkowski, yet she was only one of nine...

I loathe Trump! he's scum! and very dangerous!

"Senator @lisamurkowski of the Great State of Alaska really let the Republicans, and our country, down yesterday. Too bad!" Trump tweeted.

But while Trump singled out Murkowski, she is actually one of nine Republicans who voted against the GOP bill to repeal and replace Obamacare that ultimately failed in the Senate Tuesday night.
The other eight senators who voted against it include: Susan Collins (R-Me.), Bob Corker (R-Tenn.), Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), Dean Heller (R-Nev.), Mike Lee (R-Utah), Jerry Moran (R-Kan.), and Rand Paul (R-Ky.)
