And part of his claim is that religions which require people to worship in some proscribed manner is incompatible with American law. Please point out to me any religion which does NOT have proscribed rites and practices. If they didn't, they wouldn't be considered a religion but merely a social organization, which for that matter, many purely social organizations also have proscribed rites and practices. If this is HIS interpretation of the Constitution, then only atheism would be legal.
