Did obozo ever attend any of the Scout Jamborees?

First glance it looked like he did - in 2010 then I found
a site telling me he only sent a video message.

"By the way, just a question, did President Obama ever come to a jamboree?" Trump gave a jab at former President Barack Obama who in 2010 delivered a video message to the Scout Jamboree. The jab also drew boos and jeers from the crowd.

Given that the prior President held both America and the BSA's embracement of American values in such disregard that he declined to attend ANY of the nearby Boy Scout Jamborees, the scouts can hardly be blamed for their spontaneous reaction. Nobody who values America could possibly care for Barack Obama. The boos at the Jamboree reflect this fact.
