Speculation Grows That McMaster Might Leave National Security Adviser Post

National security adviser H.R. McMaster has advanced to the top of the speculative list of who might be next to leave the Trump administration.
On Friday, White House press secretary Sean Spicer announced he was departing his job next month. Spicer’s departure had been rumored for months before the official announcement came in.
The subject of McMaster’s potential departure was broached to incoming communications director Anthony Scaramucci on Friday, who would not rule out anything.
“I honestly cannot answer that one way or another, Scaramucci told Newsmax. “Although I have enormous respect for Gen. McMaster. I’m not going to answer because I honestly don’t know,” the communications director, who was appointed Friday, added.
McMaster’s name made it to the list of disaffected Trump advisers after an Associated Press report last week said he was venting his differences with Trump to foreign officials.
