They should just put out a plan for America, issue by issue, pick 10 issues, and lay out WHST THEY WANT TO FOR EACH. One of them. Wing Onamacare with the 3 or 4 SPECIFIC STEPS TO FIX IT, serious modifications that will make the difference. The public already knows it's good, over 50% approval, just show them how you'll fix its problems.
They are willing but are not able. They need a point man with a clear message, not kaka like Chucky's spiel.
