The good news is that Obamacare is mostly a decent law. It needs some tweeking on the cost side, that's all.
If only Republicans were a little more thoughtful. Every advanced economy in the world manages a health system that covers everyone. The trick isn't to exclude poor people in a market-based model.
Surely the US isn't so pathetic it cannot do what everyone else does for much less.
Drive down the cost to 15% of GDP over 10 years and all will be well. Lots of ways to do it.
