I was blessed with loving parents (married almost 62 years before my mother died) who really lived their Christian faith and instilled faith, personal responsibility, strong work ethic, and perseverance in their children through word and deed. I endeavor to do the same, but in all honesty, my father was a rock of integrity that is hard to measure up to. Been married almost 33 years ... have half as many kids as they had to put up with, but probably have only done half as good a job of raising them as they did us.
