And now repeal-only has fallen apart on day one.

Seven years claiming they'd get rid of Obamacare and they can't even get a bill through the senate!

Wow!

So now the Republicans can choose between: (i) fix Obamacare's minor issues, or (ii) let it fail where Republicans run it.

(ii) is a huge risk. Maybe their voters will desert them. McConnell is not one to take the risk of being seen to do so.

So my bet is they try (i).

Interesting that the Republicans are so riven with differences that they can't do a repeal and replace deal with one another.
