going in, i didn't think dubya looked a bad choice. but he was pushed towards ideology and arrogant nationallism by cheney.
i thought in his last two years he was a bit better, more his own man, but the damage was already done in the mortgage markets and he ended with a financial catastrophe.
remember, Hillary won 3 million more votes, just not enough in a few states.
I always look back & believe if Al Gore had won, our world would be so much better. He never would have invaded Iraq.
He would support the environment & work well with others.
That was the big turn for the USA.
