The evidence is clear that Trump Jr was trying to get dirt from Russia on HRC. This meeting may have been Russia's trial balloon.
Shortly after Jr arranged the meeting, Trump Sr touted the dirt. He knew. I think the Special Counsel will be able to build that bridge.
But actually, in this case, the relevant standard isn't the law. It's the character and trustworthiness of the president.
