I wonder what Trump means when he talks about defending Western values.
Rule of law? Nope. he attacks judicial independence and fired the head of the FBI who was investigating him.
Separation of powers? Sought to subvert the House investigation of collusion.
Foundation in science? Nope. Ignores climate change.
Freedom of press? Nope. Seeks to undermine the press.
Freedom of religion? Nope. He elevates Christianity.
Trade? Nope. America First. He is trying to undermine every trade treaty.
Personal freedom? Nope. He is turning back the clock on prosecution of the use of marijuana. He has no sympathy for homosexual marriage. Habeas Corpus? Yet to find out.
Right to bear arms? Yes. But this right isn't a principle of the West. It's a vestige of savagery.
I have no idea what he means, but he clearly doesn't understand what the Western heritage is. This much is obvious.
