Of course, if he improves, I will acknowledge it.

I'll give him a rare compliment. Letting go of the management of the US campaign against ISIS in Syria and Iraq was a good decision.

Obama was always too fastidious about using the US military. Letting Assad cross his red line was a disastrous judgement. Putin never forgot it and clearly saw Obama as a bluffer without a bite.

I have seen more than enough already. This isn't a man who learns. What he is isn't going to change. It's just going to repeat over and over.

It's like using a lump of coal to turn a screw. It just isn't the right tool. It isn't even the right concept of a tool.

I don't think I have ever been more confident of a judgement.

This member of the jury says "Guilty" already.
