Juries appear to be unable to hold cops accountable. Since all they need to do is claim fear, that gives them a license to kill...

very, very sad.

the guy couldn't have behaved more properly.

guns. what a nightmare.

in many instances, there probably is a problem in the immediate fear instinct area of the brain. but i am not sure how you deal with it. it's not really a conscious, rational thing.

occasionally you see an instance of conscious and deliberate racism. the legal system ought to be able to deal with those cases, at least.

but it's a terrible situation for black men.
