He is going to use a maneuver so that it doesn't get debated.
They will put forth a bill, perhaps the House bill, to be debated for 20 hours, and the last hour or so of that debate they will use a procedure that will allow them to substitute what's debated so far with the actual bill and pass it without anyone has the chance to even read it.
And then, they want to talk about unity in America.
What gives him/them the right to do such things? How much power have they accumulated in this country to act as they wish, to use procedures meant to take care of special necessary situations in order to pass legislation that will ALSO AFFECT MEDICARE ......IN THE DARK OF NIGHT?
