We shall see what happens. I think he will get his 5 judges. The text of the second travel ban has always looked viable to me.

Whether it will work or not is a different question. The various existing immigration protection systems in place seem to work fairly well in weeding out bad apples. It's the second generation that kills.

He's on record many times that he wanted to close the door to Muslims.
Rudy was in cahoots & said he'd find a way to do it legally. And his supporters were in favor, so he'd rile them up with this stuff.

Ironically, a FBI pro said this wouldn't help with terrorists, most are home grown, and or come from Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Egypt, Belgium.

Notice the verdict was 10-3, that's pretty strong.

He does have an edge in the Supreme court, now.
