Was it ever made known exactly when and by whom, the decision was reached that the list of potential infringers would be split into two halves and each side would be assigned half.???Did Lecky agree with this or NOT?
(If he did then why is he impeding the implementation.??)

Remember that we were told that there were over four hundred potential infringers who were sent notices by TPL/Alliacense. The latest count that was put out , that signed was 100 + a few..
With NDA's being used to keep everything secret, we do NOT have any way to learn what's going on..Why is OUR Attorney BoD member,apparently selling us out.??
And why are the other two, 'who are getting paid handsomely', sitting on their hands.
With the LACK of effort by our reps, would we have a case for dereliction.
