Good afternoon. It seems that I only speak to you when I have something negative to say. Amazing because I see myself as such an optimistic guy. Anyway, do you recall what happened when Napoleon invaded Russia? The wise Russians scorched the earth during their retreat. The great Napoleon ended up with nothing. It's amazing what a match can do. The gift of the gods, fire.
I hope you have some time to watch CNBC and all the other channels because they are leaving you a scorched earth to enjoy. If the shananagans are being seen by viewers other than myself, your advance on Moscow will be less than successful. There is not 1 show that I turn on that doesn't have a nice message. In their zealousness they forget that other people watch the shows besides me.
I think that much of this effort is due to the fact that they want to cover up for Jimmy Cramer. Tim, a trader on one of the shows, instructed me how I should handle the theft of my Fidelity account. He claimed that I forgot to close my computer and so 1 of the TV employees took it. He added that this happens to him 10 times a day. The man tried to get me to blame the victim, namely myself, for making the theft possible. Other members of the staff do other little bits.
As it is, I very rarely watch their shows. However, each time I do, they have a surprise for me. They let me know that they know I'm on. I have to confess, for the longest time now I have been watching the shows because I know it bothers them. It's really a very silly thing to watch a show for that. During 1 of the Cramer shows, he actually stopped in the middle of his broadcast and asked me why I was watching the show since I had not gotten with the program. And, was I ready to join the program? I think I gave you the answer to that during my first posting days on the GE board. And, I don't think I have to tell you that the same answer applies now.
I already contacted the authorities, with the exception of the FCC about the signal. In case you are not aware, not only do they have video, but they also have audio. I didn't know I was being tele-screened. No one asked my permission. A little question, and it's not facetious. Are they also tele- screening you? You should know that the reason I did not complete the form regarding the signal is because it is very time specific as to when the incidents occurred and I really don't think it would merit the time required on my part. After all, this is one of your investments. If you are not taking the necessary time to see it function properly, then c'est la vie.
I cannot get myself to believe that you concur and applaud the behavior on the screen by your talking heads nor the extortion and theft attempted on the TV as witnessed by Steve Grasso and others. Unfortunately others decided to join the rat pack after I wrote to you prior that they had been in the wrong place at the wrong time. I guess they figured that there was no consequences, so why not join. I must add a clarification. Joe Terranova and 1 other gentleman were present and didn't have anything to do with it. In the case of Terranova, 1 of the guys even tried to garner his support. Terranova, instead of concurring with the gentleman's request, looked directly at the screen and said, I want no trouble with you. I did not thank him then, but I do thank him now. I feel a thank you extended at this time means more because it's in your presence
It's a matter of time before all the issues will be addressed one way or the other. At the very least, the complaints remain on file. Some of the gentlemen on the shows do not realize that when you involve yourself in a crime, you run the chance of being viewed and treated as an accomplice. Not a pleasant outcome for gentlemen who are employed and/or licensed by the stock exchanges.
Disgusting that I have to bring this to your attention again. Even with all of this, I do hope your recovery goes well.
