Shrimp & grits is mighty tasty when properly prepared!

I might have to whip up a batch over the holidays.

My dad made the best. And his red eye gravy was also fantastic.

My Father was born on Christmas Day so I have always believed in Santa. This year it will have been 25 years since his passing. I was blessed to him as he took his last breath and his last words were "I love you too"

Damn I miss him!!

Okiedokie - I plan on making another batch this afternoon and I will post a pic later. The light brown sugar is the normal way to make these yet taste wise they are the same.
