...I was just thinkin that if they withheld feminine hygene products from prisoners only identifying as female wouldnt they have more money for actual females. How do you think the 9th circus court will rule on this case of obvious discrimination against female identifiers?

What's unbelievable about it? Did you get your feminine hygiene products for free? If not, then why should prisoners be any different? Are you trying to turn prison into some sort of a country club that doles out free tampons and makes women HAPPY that they're there??

Also, I by no means agree that phone calls are a necessity. Phone calls should be used as rewards for extraordinary behavior. For instance, if a woman decides not to use either of her free maxi-pads one month and thereby saves the prison some money, she gets to make a 60-second phone call. That's how it OUGHT to work.
