Rosenstein is a part of the Deep State Swamp. The Deep State Swamp works to maintain and further entrench Statist control over an ever-increasing Big Government. Being Statists (Communist, Marxist, Fascist, Socialist, etc. - whatever flavor du jour they wish to identify as), Democrats worship all-powerful Big Government, so clo naturally does not want to any Deep State operatives identified and removed from bureaucratic power - that would hinder their anti-American efforts to neuter The Constitution and exert tyrannical control over the citizens.

Do tell! Why would it be "horrible"? Don't you think that an employee who suggests undermining his own boss should be fired for it? If not, then you don't much understand how things work. (And that's probably the case since you've been an employee or had a boss.)

Perhaps this is wrong of me, but I question your sincerity. You don't give a rat's a$$ about a conservative. You never have. So if you (or the Swamp you support) suddenly and seriously worry about Rosenstein being fired, someone on your side must hate the thought. Because, believe me, nobody on MY side would be at all upset. Some of us will even be happy if he's canned. Maybe someone interested in doing the job will replace him.

Or is THAT what has you so concerned?
