Re: "Riddle me this. If someone is lying (http://Dr.Ford )and they know that lying to the FBI is a crime, why would they be asking for an FBI investigation?"
- clo #msg-1052500

Oh, clo. I've explained many, many times - in the nicest possible way - how colossally stupid you are. But you still manage to surprise me now and again with particularly dim-witted blatherings like this.

If you honestly don't know why a Democrat extremist would ask for an FBI investigation into her lie about Brett Kavanaugh, then you badly need a live-in nanny to help get you fed, tie your shoes and empty the drool buckets you keep next to your computer.

Now, now - don't get your panties in a bunch and run to Bob over that. I'm not being condescending. I'm just saying that you're not honest.

You saw the Senate's Kavanaugh hearing. What did the Democrats ask over and over and over again, repeating it so often that even someone like you would understand? Let me help since dredging something out of your memory is a lot like putting cooked spaghetti back into its box. Here's what Democrats had to say on day one, laid out like dots that you just have to connect. Tell you what: I'll connect them for you at the end just in case the challenge I'm giving you is too difficult.

Oh... just so you know, "(D)" means "DEMOCRAT" - one of the losers with whom you identify.

SEN. COREY BOOKER (D): "We are rushing through this process in a way that is unnecessary."

SEN. RICHARD BLUMENTHAL (D): "In the past, our colleagues on the Republican side have asked for a postponement of these committee proceedings on nominations when documents have been denied on two occasions from Senator Sessions, then Senator Sessions and Senator Kyl. Those requests were granted. We're asking simply that that precedent be followed, Mr. Chairman."

SEN. KAMALA HARRIS (D): "So I object, I ask that we renew and revisit Senator Blumenthal's motion to -- to suspend or my motion to postpone this hearing."

SEN. RICHARD BLUMENTHAL (D): "I again, renew my motion to adjourn, which has been seconded by Senator Whitehouse."

SEN. CHRIS COONS, D-DE.: "...a few moments ago, Senator Durbin proposed a bold step, which would be for you to support suspending this hearing until all your records are produced and available to this committee and the American people, and I encourage you to do this."

SEN. RICHARD BLUMENTHAL (D): "So, Mr. Chairman, I renew my motion to adjourn."

SEN. RICHARD BLUMENTHAL (D): "I renew my motion, Mr. Chairman, and ask for a vote on the motion to adjourn."

SEN. RICHARD BLUMENTHAL (D): "I've made a motion to bring before the committee a motion to adjourn under the rules."

SEN. RICHARD BLUMENTHAL (D): "Mr. Chairman, I renew my motion to adjourn."

Has that swirling bowl of mush that resides in your skull coalesced into anything meaningful yet, clo? Are you sensing a theme? No? Then I'll continue.

SEN. RICHARD BLUMENTHAL (D): "I ask for a roll call vote to overturn the ruling of the Chair and to allow for a vote on my motion to adjourn these proceedings."

SEN. RICHARD BLUMENTHAL (D): "I join in the request that's been made of you that you show the initiative and ask for a postponement on these hearings."

SEN. RICHARD BLUMENTHAL (D): "I ask you to help us uphold that trust by asking this committee to suspend this hearing and come back when we have a full picture..."

SEN. COREY BOOKER (D): "I'm trying to figure out what the jeopardy would be, what the jeopardy would be if we just waited for the documents."

SEN. COREY BOOKER (D): "What I don't understand is, what's the jeopardy of just waiting, not just for us to digest these documents, but other documents?"

SEN. COREY BOOKER (D): "Waiting another week or five days or two weeks for those documents that you yourself has requested, which is a more limited subset, for even those documents to come through, I don't understand what the rush is, especially given all that is at stake. "

SEN. COREY BOOKER (D): "It just seems unfair to me, and it could easily be solved by us putting a pause here on this process, waiting for the documents, evaluating the documents."

SEN. COREY BOOKER (D): " I do not think it is unreasonable for us to wait for a week or two to get the full body of those documents. "

SEN. COREY BOOKER (D): "And so that's the second reason why I have asked for us to put a pause on this process."

That's enough. I think I've made my point. By now, clo, even your addled mind should understand that what the Senate Democrats really want is for the Republicans to delay their vote on Judge Kavanaugh.

Which brings us to Dr. Ford, Democrat extremist, angry liberal who never reported and totally forgot the most awful night of her life but conveniently remembered it just when the Democrats most need it... or LIED through her teeth about something she knew shallow liberals were hoping to hear. Why would she do that? Well, how about because she's a liberal whack-job who, like yourself, would do or say ANYTHING to screw over a legitimate Republican President she despises? She wants to be a liberal, leftist, feminist hero. That's why.

She therefore concocted a story that, due to its age, cannot be proven one way or the other and will, therefore, be highly unlikely to ever land her in jail should she agree to testify (which I doubt she will) and have her fabrication found out. With any kind of luck, she'll be the next Anita Hill - still on the lecture circuit and making beau-coup bucks 30 years on.

Why would she press for an FBI investigation? She'd do it, clo, because FBI investigations TAKE TIME. Months, at a minimum. Sometimes years. Just what Senators Booker, Feinstein, Blumenthal, Harris, Coons, Durbin and the rest of the Democratic party want.

CNN conjectured that Democrats are desperate for a delay because they know that the November election could change the makeup of Congress in their favor. They want to hurt President Trump, and if they can delay Brett Kavanaugh's vote until they possibly win the Senate, they might just kill his appointment, doing considerable damage to both President Trump and the Republican party.

And that's what this is all about, clo. It couldn't be more clear.

Democrats' selfish and shallow motivations are obvious. Even you could possibly have figured them out. However, I'll grant you a pass: You only have the education of a child, and I shouldn't ever assume that you understand the things that normal people do.

We at BAF are here to help, so please let us know if there is anything else you need to have explained.
